Frederick Lee Brooke

Paperback Writer

Still haven't gotten my picture taken with Paul McCartney, who wrote my favorite song back in 1966.  But Doing Max Vinyl (An Annie Ogden Mystery) can now be ordered in paperback!  Click on the link on the right to order it for yourself or send it to a friend.

To say I'm excited about this development is an understatement.  I love holding a book in my hands.  The smell of the print ... the shiny cover.  I love having bookshelves filled with books.

Which do you prefer when reading -- on your Kindle or Nook or iPad, or a printed book?

LJ, Kriss and Miruna, thank you for your comments! Seems all of us love holding a printed book in our hands. Will be interesting to see the state of the world five years from now ...

I love written books in solid matter also... but I live in a Cabin and already have over 3000 books, half have to be stored in the storage shed in special containers. Being an ENG LIT MA person does NOT help matters. I am so happy I can read them on an ereader, but if the book grabs me and it is one to be treasured I want it in paperback!

I always prefer a printed book. iPad might be handy but, classic suits me the best.
